Can I design my own funeral arrangements or gift with particular colour & flower content?

Absolutely this allows us to produce truly bespoke arrangements that are specific to your requirements. I.e colours, styles, types of flowers and price are elements to consider when using this service to create your visions of flowers and personal gift. You can speak in person to one of our expert advisors who will be happy to discuss your exact requirements.

Can I include a personal message with my order?

You can add your own personal message with any funeral arrangement which can be done by our experts. Your message will be provided on a small stylish card and will be presented with your flowers on delivery.

What are Finishing Touches?

Many of our flowers arrangements (both funeral & gifts) can have the option of adding a little extra to your order. This can range from diamanté, name tags and bows. We also have a personalised balloon service for a additional cost to create the perfect order.

How much are shipping/delivery charges?

All funeral arrangements are delivered free of charge to the funeral directors, by providing these details at checkout.

All other orders over £40 are also free of charge however orders under that price will be a standard £3.99.

How will I know my order has been successful?

When ordering online we also ask that you provide an email address. Once you have placed your order an order confirmation will be sent via email to this account. This order confirmation will also contain a unique order number. If you need to contact us regarding your order it would be helpful to have this number to quote as it will help us find the details of your order easily.

Can I collect my order myself?

How will I know when my funeral arrangements have been delivered?

We ask all customers to provide a contact number for a family member in order for us to send confirmation of delivery for reassurance also so we can make contact in case of an unexpected issue. Please leave details at checkout.

Is it possible to have a personalised funeral tribute made?

How do I place a Funeral Order?

We understand that placing your order at such a difficult time is not easy. Here is a little guidance which may help with placing your order:

  • We recommend that you place your order at least Three working day prior to the required delivery date. For large floral tributes please order before 10am Thursday for a Monday delivery.

  • We are closed on Sundays so if your order is for a funeral on Monday please ensure you leave sufficient time to allow us to create your specific tribute.

  • Include the deceased name in the notes when ordering. A contact number and name for the person in charge of the order. Funeral Director name, number and address.

  • We recommend that your tribute gets delivered to the funeral director ready for the funeral or deceased.

  • However If you prefer to get the order sent else where please contact our expert for advice via email -enquiries@forgetmenotflowersldn.co.uk
